FUNDRAISING

The Quarter Note Club organizes fundraisers throughout the year to support the many costs associated with a thriving high school band program.  Some of our fundraisers, such as Joe Corbi's and Car Wash Days, are focused on raising money for the individual student accounts of those who participate, and these are optional for those students who wish to put in the extra effort to raise money toward trips and dues.   Other fundraisers, such as Shako Day and our "Birds, Beef and Beverage", are focused on supporting our band as a whole, and so all students are asked to participate in some way.  We thank you for your efforts to participate and help our band be the best we can be!  If you have any questions about fundraisers, please e-mail qncboard@gmail.com

Current Fundraisers

Car Wash Events (Oct 5 & 19)

  • October 5th from 9 am to 3 pm @ Concordville Fire House

  • October 19th From 9 am to 1 pm @ Bethel Fire House

  • 2 hour shifts available for sign up @ Forms can be found on https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0B48AFAA2FA4FE3-gvmusic/87111988

  • Proceeds from these two events will be evenly divided between participants and posted to their student accounts.

 

Birds, Beef & Beverage @ Barnaby’s October 27th @ 1pm

  • Tickets on sale now and are $35

  • For Each Ticket sold the student will earn $10 in their account

  • Return the Ticket Sales Slip with payment to QNC via check or Cash to pick up the tickets

Eagles vs Giants Tickets Raffle

  • Win a Pair of tickets to the Eagles vs. Giants home game December 9th

  • Raffle Tickets are $10 each

  • Drawing will be held December 3rd @ the GVHS Winter Concert (need not be present to win)

  • Student Sellers earn $9 for each ticket sold to their student account

  • Payment accepted via Cash or Check to Quarter Note Club in envelope with completed raffle tickets.

Musical JAG Garden Flags

  • These can be sold to Elementary and Middle School as well as High School Musical JAGS in Chorus, Band and Orchestra and will celebrate our pride in our GV Musical JAGS

  • Order a musical JAG Garden Flag for $20 using the online Charms order or an order form and your student will earn $8 in their account.

Chik Fil A Night

  • October 22nd

  • Join us at Chik fil A fundraiser night.  Mention GVHS Marching band and we will earn a percentage of the bill (flyer to come soon)

 

Acme/Shoprite Gift Cards

  • This is an on-going fundraiser all year

  • $4.50 from each $100 card sold is earned by the Student Seller

  • Order Form

 

Mr. Wizard Gift Cards

  • This is an on-going fundraiser all year

  • $6 from each $14 card sold is earned by the Student Seller

Discount Football Card to Local Businesses & Restaurants

  • Purchase a discount football card from the Marching band for $20 and the band will receive ½ of the proceeds.
